Pilots, Instructors and Trainee Pilots Eat Here Daily, call flying gl¡ders "REAL FLYING" and can entertain over breakfast or lunch re-telling their flying experiences - like cross country flying for hundreds of miles, or exciting aerobatics ! A Meeting Room can also be provided for functions like team building talks, classes on theory of flight to school children or scout groups, business client entertainment, etc.

Breakfasts served mornsfrom 7:45am. Experienced pilots and instructors often breakfast here - you are welcome to join them if a visiting pilot or learning to fly at London Gl¡d¡ng Club.

Snacks, Lunches, Meals and Beverages including soup of the day are served 7 days til afternoons. If on a day, week or holiday glìd¡ng course you can retire for a meal at lunch time. Your party or family and friends can all see you from here (or the airfield launch point) if they wish while you enjoy learning to fly.

The Re.staurant uses mainly locally sourced ingredients, prepares all food and pastries fresh in the res.taurant and is highly regarded - see Visitors' Views.

Group Flying: Notes For Group Leaders

Conference Room Facility - the newly built Withall Briefing Room is bookable for events involving a meeting, conference, seminar or tutorial etc. Equipped with modern audio visual facilities it can seat 40.

It is often used for talks, training or pilot briefings before cross country flights.

A party taking group flying lessons can hire the room for their own occasion or function such as a corporate event, team building seminar, flying lesson ground school class for school children say or a business presentation.

Gift Vouchers for one day flying courses, which can be purchased as experience presents for others or for oneself, include lunch here.
